근무시간: 09:00 am ~ 06:00 pm
급여: 면접 후 결정

SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
- Research territory strategy methods and analyze assigned territories/accounts
- Research potential markets to cultivate and establish new accounts
- Perform sales calls
- Communicate and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Visit onsite customers to service directly including AR collection
- Track activity, prepare and maintain records for top accounts and account statuses

Qualification & Requirements:
- Bilingual in English /Korean
- Valid Driver’s License without limitation required
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical and creative problem solver

주요업무 및 자격요건:
- 기존 고객 관리, 신규 고객 개발 및 시장 개척과 매출 관리
- 취업 및 운전면허에 결격 사유 없는 분
- 한국어 & 영어 이중언어 가능자
- 성실하고 적극적인 성격과 원활한 커뮤니케이션 스킬의 소유자

CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE (고객 관리 및 영업 지원)

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and place sales orders for assigned sales representatives
- Process new account opening per assigned sales representatives’ request
- Respond to customers’ inquiries on products, pricing, return policy & shipping
- Receive return request from customers and upon manager’s approval, sends Return Merchandise Authorization requests to the warehouse
- Check inventory and monitor existing accounts on behalf of assigned sales representatives during their scheduled business trip


Qualification & Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proficient in English and Korean
- Ability to work in a team environment, multitask and follow company procedures


주요업무 및 자격요건:
- 다양한 경로로 접수되는 고객의 문의 및 Needs 사항 파악 및 대응
- 고객 문의사항에 정확히 대응하는 언어구사 능력 소유자
- MS Office 사용자, 한국어 필수, 영어 의사소통 가능자
