GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Key Responsibilities:
- Support team throughout execution of creative design project
- Develop and present design solutions following creative directions, brand strategy and marketing objectives
- Communicate design concepts with clear reasoning behind proposed solutions
- Maintain and prioritize multiple projects to meet established deadlines
- Prepare creative ideas and fresh approaches to each project
- Participate in the group critiques of creative design layout
- Coordinate with outsourced vendors for various projects

Qualification & Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant design experience
- Bachelors’ degree in graphic design or related major
- Advanced design skills in package, brand identity, typography & editorial design
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and related graphic design software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Self-motivated to perform multiple tasks with supervision and direction
- Excellent ability to convey ideas and solutions both verbally and visually
- Knowledge of print production
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow company procedures
