Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Addressing employee quires regarding office management issues.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Order & maintain office supplies and company assets, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Administer the account for company vehicle lease, and support any issue related to company vehicles.
- Pick up and distribute incoming mails and other materials to the appropriate team.
- Greeting visitors, vendors and directing the to the right department
- Manage company’s resources including company’s electric devices, car keys, locker keys and etc.
- Check the usage of taxi, Airline tickets, FedEx and make payments.
- Search new items, administer inventories and replenish customers’ gift.
- Perform office rent payment, maintenance related work order, communicating with the landlord
- Develop corporate membership with Hotels, communicating with Hotels.
- Research and plan for quarterly CSR activities as well as organize company internal/external events and donations, and send out announcements and research data.
- Manage Golf Club membership including booking, payment, and inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field
- 2 years of administrative and clerical experience
- Organizational Skills, Basic Accounting Skills
- Great Social and Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
- Clerical/Administrative
- Customer and Personnel Service
- Computer Efficient (Basic MS Office Skills)
- Bilingual (English, Korean) preferred
