Summary
Primary responsibility is to support the project manager team with coordination of resources, equipment, meetings and information.
Construction project coordinators organize projects with the goal of completing them on time and within budget.
Qualification Requirements

Manages and coordinates projects of mega sites during different stages (proposal/build/completion/handover).
Manages contractors, vendors, vendors, etc. upon request.
Prepare for accurate and efficient supplier procurement.
Collaborate and ensure meetings with functional leaders and respective project teams on project planning, construction, and design.
Target goals, budget and schedule.
Monitoring and controlling project schedule and budget / Contract management / Maintaining consistency and group meetings
Standards and Documentation.
Maintain positive communication with all stakeholders and other internal/external departments.
Reviews and maintains compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Work Environment
Work is performed in a variety of environments, from offices to construction sites. This includes working near moving mechanical parts, equipment or machinery, on rough or uneven surfaces, and being exposed to dust, noise, chemicals, odors, gases, oils, smoke, extreme temperatures or heights. May occasionally be exposed to harsh or hazardous conditions, including but not limited to inadequate lighting, restricted work space, excessive noise and movement. Moderate physical activity is required.
