Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, and landscaping
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, reporting, and financial performance of the property
Research and analyze proposals for maintenance, repair, and capital improvement and ensure the highest level of performance at the most efficient cost
Manage progress and expenditures on tenant improvements and capital improvements
Promote, build, and maintain strong tenant relationships
Hire, Train, and supervise management staff
Administrate property management budgets, service expenses, capital budgets, and constructions and repairs
Control expenditures by staying within the constraints of the approved budget including maintenance repairs
Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by providing updates and reporting on the property’s performance and responding to owner requests as needed
Follow the company's safety regulations and conduct relevant meetings and inspections.
Requirements:

Entry-level are welcome
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and analytical skills
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Four-year college degree
Experience managing a staff
Eligible to work in the US
Bilingual in Korean and English
