Project Manager

The project manager role consists of organizing, planning, and executing projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules. The project manager leads the entire team, defines project goals, communicates with stakeholders, and sees a project through to its closure.

Top roles
1. Liaises between the executive team and various projects
2. Manage projects assigned to completion
3. Manage and track all aspects of assigned projects
4. Coordinate 100% with all project stakeholders
5. Anticipate problems or opportunities related to assigned projects and proactively communicate them to your supervisor

Day to day
1. Coordinate projects to specifications required
2. Oversee milestones of the projects and all deliverables to ensure timely completion of the projects
3. Communicate as much as is needed to key stakeholders of said project
4. Respond to customer's email within each business day
5. Handle any other important or urgent issues that arise

Monthly

1. Coordinate with customer and partner companies for transportation and field work
2. Set clear expectations up with clients and follow-up steps.
3. Provide recommendations for improvements to the team leader
4. Handle any other important or urgent issues that arise
5. Manage and track all aspects of projects

Quarterly
1. Pull all weekly and monthly objectives into a quarterly report and deliver this to the team leader
2. Devise a system to track contracts and monitor complete and incomplete status
3. Communicate with department leaders and ask for feedback on improvements
4. Offer ideas to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
5. Consider project management software or an advanced spreadsheet tracking system

Annually
1. Pull all monthly and quarterly objectives into a quarterly report and deliver this to the team leader
2. Devise a system to track contracts and monitor complete and incomplete status for improvement in the next year
3. Offer ideas to improve your and your teams performance and initiate corrective actions or ask for additional training

Responsibilities
• Manage projects for assigned accounts from the moment order handover to the completion of the project
• Source and or assemble needed resources to complete a project
• Account for contractual requirements and communicate customers' expectation with relevant organizations inside and outside the company
• Develop overall project execution schedule, communication plan, share cost impact, and risk management plan
• Manage and track milestones of the project and all deliverables to ensure timely completion of the project
• Coordinate with internal organizations to investigate and resolve commercial and technical issues of the project to maximize customer’ satisfaction
• Coordinate with customer and partner companies for transportation and fieldwork
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business-related (engineering preferred)
• Knowledge of Project Management disciplines and process PMP certification is a bonus
• Must be familiar with and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP, and other applicable software
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English required
• Ability to travel 5%
• Complex problem-solving skills required
• 2+ years of experience in B2B project management preferred
• Expertise in the energy/critical power industry is preferred
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
