Hi-M Solutek US Inc is a subsidiary of Hi-M Solutek Korea (subsidiary of LG Electronics) that specializes in service and maintenance, it has been successfully growing in the field of cooling and heating system service/maintenance industry in Korea.  Hi-M Solutek US, Inc. is hiring Accounting Assistant to be part of our global team member.


Position: Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data and report to HQ Korea.
Prepare financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Assist in audits and tax filings as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bookkeeping.

Requirements:
Fluency in both Korean and English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with outstanding English communication and writing skills.
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
