Sales Account Representative

•Employment Type :  Full-Time

•Compensation : $50,000 to $70,000 per year

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to provide additional support
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies to grow the business
• Book freight/rigging to load/unload machines(incoming/outgoing)
• Manage/maintain Korean Customers

Qualification

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system is a plus
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is required.
