POSITION SUMMARY:

Mortgage Processor, oversees ordering, following up and the review of all third-party documents relating to the mortgage loan.  Must adhere and follow all TRID requirements in relation to loan disclosures.  Duties also include carefully reviewing mortgage applications, ensuring that all sections are complete and accurate, correcting any potential mistakes and submitting loan file to the underwriter. Ability to work collaboratively with loan officers and underwriter. Must also follow-up with county recorder’s office to receive the recorded instrument. Uphold bank integrity and reputation by carefully reviewing all information and adhering to procedures and regulations.


Qualifications:

Background in finance (Preferred)
Strong research abilities (Preferred)
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Language: Korean (Preferred), Chinese (Preferred), Vietnamese (Preferred)
Must be organized and a self-starter
