SK shieldus America is hiring a dependable PC/OA Helpdesk to assist in managing the day-to-day operations. The goal is to support the company leadership in their daily tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
Monitor and maintain the company's network and systems infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, switches, and routers.
Develop and implement network security policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address network and system performance issues.
Ensure that systems are patched and up-to-date with the latest security patches.
Maintain accurate documentation of network and system configurations and changes.
Provide training and technical support to end-users.
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements to existing infrastructure.
Provide maintenance to company IT assets (i.e. printers, PC’s, routers, etc.) through the issuance of trouble tickets to vendors, directing the end
user through repairs, or personally completing the repair.
Add, move, and change IT assets in the IT asset inventory database.
Assist in management of servers and shared drives.
Occasional travel may be required
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2~3 years of experience in an IT support/OA/Helpdesk role
Technical Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and communication skills and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
