RESPONSIBILITIES


    - Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
    - Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
    - Support month-end and year-end close processes.
    - Manage and organize office documentation, including filing and data entry.
    - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
    - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
    - Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting and administrative procedures.
    - Maintain confidentiality of financial and sensitive information.
    - Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
    - Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.


QUALIFICATIONS


    - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    - 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administration is preferred.
    - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    - Proficiency in accounting and administrative software/tools.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

    - 팀 멤버와 협력하여 회계 및 행정 절차 간소화.
    - 재무 및 민감한 정보의 기밀 유지.
    - 회사 정책 및 관련 규정을 준수
    - 팀 전반의 효율성과 효과성에 기여
 

자격 요건:

    - 회계, 재무, 경영 관리 또는 관련 분의 학사 학위.
    - 1-2년의 회계 또는 행정 경험이 선호됨.
    - 강력한 조직 및 다양한 업무 처리 능력
    - 회계 및 행정 소프트웨어/도구에 능숙함.
    - 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인 관계 기술
    - 세심함과 작업에서의 정확성
