직종: 영업 사원

 

Blue Sky USA에서 당사 영업 팀에 합류할 의욕적인 팀원을 찾고 있습니다.

 

이 직책은 제품 홍보, 기존 거래처 관리 및 신규 거래처 발굴 업무를 담당하는 영업 사원 직책이며, 독립적이고 능동적으로 판매 할당량을 달성할 수 있어야 합니다. 고성과자들에게는 상여금 및 진급 기회가 주어집니다.

 

담당업무 및 책임:

• 우수한 판매전략을 사용하여 기존 및 잠재 고객에게 제품 홍보 및 판매 

• 기존 거래처 긍정적 관계 유지 

• 고객 불만 해결 

• 잠재 고객 연락(판촉, 콜드콜, 직접방문 등)을 통해 신규 거래처 발굴 및 관리 

• 다른 팀원 및 부서와 협력하여 영업 전략 최적화 

• 차량 재고 관리 (사무실 팀원과 협력하여 매주 재고 보충) 

• 주간 회의를 통해 제품 지식 확장 및 모범사례 공유 

 

지원자격:

• 관련 경력 우대 (영업 또는 영업 관리) 

• 유효한 운전 면허 및 우수한 운전 기록 

• 탁월한 커뮤니케이션, 조직력, 문제 해결 능력 및 발표 능력 

• 영어와 한국어 구사 필수 

 

교육

• 제품/가격 학습을 위한 사무실 내 4주 초기 교육 

• 현 영업 직원들과의 12주 멘토링 프로그램

Job Title: Sales Representative

 

Blue Sky USA is looking for a motivated team member to join our Sales Team. 

 

This is a sales representative position that is responsible for promoting the company`s products and building relationships with new and existing accounts. Our ideal candidate will need to be able to work autonomously and independently to meet and surpass sales quotas. High performers are rewarded here at Blue Sky USA with bonuses and promotions.

 

The Sales Representative responsibility:       

·      Present, promote, and sell company products using solid sales strategies to existing and potential clients.

·      Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships. 

·      Resolve customer complaints. 

·      Reach out to potential clients through referrals, cold calling, or meeting in person. 

·      Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. 

·      Coordinate with Office team members to restock vehicle inventory. 

·      Maintain vehicle inventory. 

·      Participate in weekly meetings to expand product knowledge and share best practices. 

 

Requirements 

·      Outside sales representative / sales account manager experience (preferred) 

·      Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record. 

·      Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills. 

·      Excellent Organizational skills 

·      Must be able to speak English and Korean. 

 

Training

·      Initial 4 weeks of training in the office to learn products and pricing. 

·      Followed by a 12-week mentorship program with Sales Representatives.
