IMPEX GLS ATLANTA office is seeking for enthusiastic and motivated candidate who wishes to grow with the Company and obtain experience in International Business.  These candidates will provide logistics coordination and general office administration support.

1) Import/Export Logistics Coordinator
(Hiring Location: ATLANTA)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
•  Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
•  Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis.
•  Effective communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers through a high volume of e-mails, phone calls and verbal contact.
•  Maintaining strong and effective relationships with vendors (shipping lines, trucking companies, etc.).
•  Must have the desire to understand the operational process flow and constantly seeking improved ways for efficiency.

Qualification:
•  Must be Bilingual in Korean and English (Verbal & Written)
•  Well-organized, Detail oriented, Ability to multitask and Responsible
•  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
•  Legally eligible to work in U.S.
