Position: Loan Officer in SBA Lending Department
Location: Headquarter Office - Duluth, GA

[Job Overview]
The SBA loan officer is responsible for underwriting and analyzing new loan requests and used knowledge and independent judgement to
determine eligibility of risks and if it is profitable for the bank when compared to guidelines of programs available.
The loan officer is responsible for maintaining loan portfolios of assigned loans including annual review.
This position responds to questions from loan customers and brokers.  Prepare financial spreads and various credit related memos.

 Underwrite discussion and credit memos to be presented to management and directors at loan committee.
 Request required documentation, financials, etc. from the borrower and guarantors of the new/renewal loan request
 Complete Adverse Action Notices, SBA packages and other related memos.
 Order appraisals, environmental reports, flood search, UCC searches, etc.
 Ensures that loans are maintained in accordance with covenants, bank policies and procedures and SBA SOP


[Requirements/Qualifications]
 Bachelors or Associates Degree, preferably in finance, business or economics
 Prior related experience in the banking field is a plus
 Minimum of 2 years of underwriting experience
 Basic Computer and MS Excel proficiency
 Fluency in the English language
 Bi-lingual in Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese is a plus
 Excellent written and oral communication skills required
 Excellent presentation skills required



Position: Credit Administrator Trainee
Location: Headquarter Office - Duluth, GA


[Job Overview]
The Credit Administrator Trainee will work under the tutelage of the Senior Credit Administrator with the goal of being able to independently
carry out the duties and responsibilities of a Credit Administrator within 12 months of hire.
Credit Administration Officer is responsible for managing the bank’s loan origination, servicing and liquidation functions to ensure
sound credit approval and compliance with loan policies, procedures, guidelines, lending-related regulations, and SBA SOP.

 Underwrite credit memos for Rated Loan Status Reports, new loans, renewals, change in terms, short-term extensions, and other requests.
 Request required documentation, financials, and other information from borrowers/customers Assist in the preparation of loan-related reports for
    management and board of directors
 Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing special projects commissioned by the bank’s senior management.
 Monitor the 3rd party due diligence framework
 Review credit memos for all types of loans to identify key issues and to ensure the loan is in accordance with bank credit policies and regulatory
    requirements.
 Review loan files and SBA required documents to ensure they meet all eligibility requirements prior to loan closings.
 Provide support with loan review functions internally/externally.
 Proactively organize and inform lending staff on updates to the credit policies, procedures and guidelines.


[Requirements/Qualifications]
 Bachelor’s Degree
 6 plus months of experience in banking related to commercial lending and credit underwriting Knowledge in SBA SOP
 Finance experience in understanding cash flow analysis for both personal and corporate levels Intermediate computer proficiency
 Fluency in the English language
 Ability to learn bank specific software


Position: Accounting Officer Trainee
Location: Headquarter Office - Duluth, GA


[Job Overview]
The Accounting Officer Trainee will be responsible for preparing and posting accounting entries including callback, monitor GL on a daily basis,
assist in monthly closing cycle, prepare GL certification for accounting monthly, prepare monthly financial reports for Management,
including Board of Directors, provide direct accounting assistance to Accounting Officer and Controller, and assist an other projects as needed


[Requirements/Qualifications]
 Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred)
 Field-of-Expertise: Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles including fund accounting
 Minimum Experience (Level I): 1 Year in Banking or related field
 Must be fluent in English; bi-lingual in Korean/English preferred
 Self-motivated
