**Part Time(Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

 
**Responsibility:

*Assist sales director with developing and executing sales and marketing plan.

*Following up with prospective residents or their families to increase occupancy of the community.

*Maintain accurate and current information within the CRM.

*Establish a flexible work schedule that supports the demands of the community outside of typical business hours as needed.

* Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention of details and timely communication.

 
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

*Fluent in English and Korean.

*Associate degree or higher in Marketing, business, communications or related filed is strongly preferred.

*Minimum of two years of relevant sales and marketing experience.

* Strong follow-up skill.

*Proficient in computer utilization including Windows, office, word, excel, outlook and CRM database system.

* Demonstrate a positive attitude and interpersonal skills to work with various people including associates, residents, families, and professionals.
