채용 분야 : 재무부 Accounting Staff (Location : Johns Creek, GA)

Responsibilities  AP/AR

• Prepare monthly AR Report and reconcile AR collection to outstanding balance
• Perform AP document Review (Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices, confirm that the correct general ledger coding is being used, and ensure adequate supporting documentation is attached)
• Regularly monitor detailed balance sheet accounts
• Prepare and assist support documentation responding to internal and external auditors
• Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all sales transactions
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining and reconciling accounts
• Manage, review and reconcile all company credit cards

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• Able to enjoy challenging career opportunities
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving skills & ability to communicate clearly
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
