당사는 국내 대기업의 미국 지사로서  사세의  확장에 따른 HR 분야의 인재를 구인 중에 있습니다.

Job Title:  HR Specialist


Roles & Responsibility:

• Regularly partners with hiring managers and other appropriate managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date.

• Sources candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.

• Generates and maintains internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums; places appropriate advertisements.

• Pre-screens, interviews, assesses, and hires top-quality candidates.

• Coordinates hiring process, including but not limited to conducting background and reference checks, negotiating salary offers, and issuing

  job confirmation letters and other internal communication.

• Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.

• Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives

  and federal and state legal requirements.

• Coordinates and/or conducts employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling, interpretation

  of policies, new employee orientation, and employee recognition programs.

• Conducts exit interviews with employees; communicates findings to management.

• Responds to inquiries regarding the organization’s processes, policies, procedures, and programs.

• Conducts ongoing information and training sessions to develop employees and provide support and problem resolution.

• Coordinates distribution/communication of projects including but not limited to Employee Policy handbook, 401(k) open enrollment, and

  employee recognition. • Identifies potential employee-relations issues and makes recommendations to management.

• Conducts investigations into claims of harassment or other company-guideline violations.

• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Effective Interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented

• Strong Organizational skills

• Takes Initiative • Good judgment and decision making

• Great social and communication skills

• Great oral and written communication skills

• Bilingual Korean & English

 

Education and Work Experience:

• Preferably 2 – 3 years’ experience and proven track record in a recruiting role (screening, interviewing, and hiring)

• Experienced in the acceptable practices of interviewing and recruiting in a non-discriminatory environment.

• One (1) or more years’ experience in Human Resources exposure and/or administration/clerical work

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Human Resources or Business Administration related)

• Other relevant experience in analytical and planning will be considered

연봉: 전 직장 대비 상향 조정 기본
