**Responsibility:

*Develop and execute sales and marketing plan.

*Follow up with prospective residents or their families to increase occupancy of the community.

*Maintain accurate and current information within the CRM.

*Establish a flexible work schedule that supports the demands of the community outside of typical business hours as needed.

*Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention of details and timely communication.

 

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

*Fluent in English and Korean.

*Associate degree or higher in Marketing, business, communications or related filed is strongly preferred.

*Minimum of two years of relevant sales and marketing experience.

*Strong follow-up skill.

*Proficient in computer utilization including Windows, office, word, excel, outlook and CRM database system.

*Demonstrate a positive attitude and interpersonal skills to work with various people including associates, residents, families, and professionals.
