TYPE: Full-time
SHIFT: Week A: Mon ~ Thurs 7 PM to 7 AM & Week B: Mon ~ Wed 7 PM to 7 AM
Salary Range: $100,000 ~ 120,000
 

Responsibilities 
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
- Develop and implement warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost savings.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.
- Serve as a key collaborative figure with strong interpersonal skills to follow up on customer’s needs.
- Cultivate a strong customer focus, set goals, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Enhance data analytics capabilities and drive goals in support of operations cost and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Support execution of daily operational activities across multiple sites and shifts.
- Analyze data and create regular reports to guide decision making and continuous improvement.
