Managers-Bartenders - Servers

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers and Bartenders at our vibrant Mexican restaurant and bar. As a Server and Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking and delivering food and drink orders, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Provide menu recommendations, answer questions, and make suggestions.
4. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and standard procedures.
5. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure their safety and well-being.
6. Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining sections.
9. Process payments and operate cash registers or POS systems.
10. Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.
11. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
12. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
13. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cocktails is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must be at least 18 years old (for bartending positions) and possess a valid alcohol service certification.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
