As a community-oriented commercial bank, we offer small business loans, commercial loans, mortgage loans, and customary banking services such as deposit products. We started our banking operation from our main branch in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and have continued to expand our geographic footprints rapidly. With this fast growth, we are looking for new talents in the following areas:



1. Position: CSR at Doraville Branch

[Job Overview]
Responsible for opening new accounts and supporting the bank’s goals through good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and resolving any issues for existing customers.

[Requirements/Qualifications]
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Minimum 2 years of banking experience
 Minimum 1 year of previous teller/CSR experience required
 Banking regulation knowledge
 Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
 Excellent team-player
 Self-motivated
 Detail oriented
 Fluency in the English language
 Bi-lingual in Korean / English is preferred

2. Position: CSR at Suwanee Branch

[Job Overview]
Responsible for opening new accounts and supporting the bank’s goals through good customer service,
maintain quality relations with existing accounts, and resolving any issues for existing customers.

[Requirements/Qualifications]
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Minimum 2 years banking experience
 Minimum 1 year of previous Teller/CSR experience Required
 Bank regulation Knowledge
 Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
 Excellent team-player
 Self-motivated
 Detail oriented
 Fluency in the English language
 Bi-lingual in Korean/English is preferred



3. Position: Branch Manager

[Job Overview]
The branch manager directs the overall activities of the branch to continually and simultaneously serve the customers
within the company’s target market in an extraordinary manner so that the company’s brand name and reputation continue to flourish.
Using discretion and independent judgment, the branch manager leads the branch toward its primary objectives.

[Requirements/Qualifications]
 Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar role
 Sufficient knowledge of management techniques and best practices
 Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
 Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics
 Minimum of 5 years of banking experience
 Product knowledge
 Fluency in the English language
 Familiar with industry’s rules and bank regulations
 Strong leadership
 Bi-lingual in Korean/English is preferred



4. Position: CSR at Sugarloaf Branch

[Job Overview]
Responsible for opening new accounts and supporting the bank’s goals through good customer service, maintain quality relations with existing accounts, and resolving any issues for existing customers. 


[Requirements/Qualifications]
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Minimum 2 years banking experience
 Minimum 1 year of previous Teller/CSR experience Required
 Bank regulation Knowledge
 Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
 Excellent team-player
 Self-motivated
 Detail oriented
 Fluency in the English language
 Bi-lingual in Korean/English is preferred
