Part-time Finance Assistant (Korean Bilingual Preferred)

Responsibilities:

    Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into spreadsheets and databases.
    Communication: Make calls to clients and vendors in English, assisting with inquiries and follow-ups.
    Filing and Organization: Maintain organized records and documents for the financial department.
    Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed by the team.

Qualifications:

    A basic understanding of financial concepts is a plus.
    Proficiency in English is a plus (both written and spoken).
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
    Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
    Dependable and punctual.

Schedule:

      Flexible work hours (Up to 8 hours per day. Monday ~ Friday)

Work Location: In person (Duluth, GA)
