GA Freight Broker Agent - 1 position
Job Type: Full Time, on-site
Location: Duluth, GA
Responsibilities:
-Identify and vet prospective carriers to establish a strong pipeline of service providers.
-Gather detailed information from clients to accurately assess their shipping needs.
-Obtain and present shipping quotes from carriers to clients in a timely manner.
-Book freight services through carriers to meet client requirements and deadlines.
-Coordinate the pickup and drop-off of shipments, ensuring smooth logistics.
-Monitor shipment progress to guarantee timely and undamaged delivery of goods.
-Update customer management software to maintain accurate client records.
-Advise clients on potential supply chain issues and provide proactive solutions.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in trucking dispatch / freight forwarding
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Recent Graduate.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Tools.
Language proficiency in English and Korean.
