We are looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist,.

Primary Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
Answering and directing customer and employee calls in a professional and positive manner
Setting up conference rooms for meetings
Sorting, distributing and preparing all mail and shipments
Ordering and managing office supplies

*Previous office experience may be requested but this can also be an entry-level position.
