Open Positions:
 

1.Ocean Import Specialist- Duluth, GA (3 Openings)

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with overseas agents to initiate and oversee the processing of ocean imports.

- Coordinate the customs clearance of imported goods through customs brokerage.

- Manage container consolidation and deconsolidation when required to optimize shipments.

- Research and evaluate vendors/agents and arrange for timely ground transportation for deliveries.

- Monitor and track delivery status, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

- Perform accounting tasks, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial closing activities.

- Enter service information into the internal system to ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Prepare and report on service activities to the Ocean Import team and management.

- Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Support ad-hoc projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Entry level to 2 years experienced

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to multi-task

- Proficiency in MS Office Products

- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred

- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.

 


 

 

2.  GA WMS PI Engineer- White, GA (1 Opening)

Responsibilities:

 

- Work on-site at the production warehouse

- Analyze & compare data, resolve system issues, and suggest operation process improvements.

- Compare daily inventory data and analyze discrepancies between collaborating systems.

- Maintain and troubleshoot in-house developed Warehouse Management System (WMS).

- Provide business process analysis, process reformation and/or IT systems modification suggestions in accordance with proposed changes.

- Perform employee interviews to gather relevant data, process & analyze them with various tools, come up with innovative suggestions and present an organized proposal to concerned parties.

- Document all steps of PI procedures, write standard operation process manuals and train employees.

- Collaborate and coordinate with other team departments in increasing overall efficiency.

 

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Operational experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).

- Extensive knowledge of warehouse operation process and workflow.

- 3+ years of warehouse work experience.

- Excellent Excel, presentation (PPT), verbal and written communication skills.

 

- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred

- Warehouse Management System (WMS) development experience is highly preferred.

- Experience with Oracle Database, DBMS development, and SQL queries.

- Java Spring Framework development experience.

- BS in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent/related education.

 


 

3. Warehouse Supervisor - Clarksville, TN (1 Opening)

Responsibilities:

- Receiving work assignments from the supervisor on a daily basis

- Updating systems with received freight, order processing, and shipments.

- Processing of orders that are received from customers on a daily basis

- Checking shipments for accuracy and providing reports of shipment results

- Work efficiently by managing daily orders and delegating work between warehouse temporary employees

- Coordinate with co-workers and warehouse temporary staff for customer accounts and warehouse operations

- Reporting of orders that are shipped out to customers on a daily basis

- Communicating with teams and customers

- Ensuring that all daily housekeeping duties are completed daily.

 

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- A team player who also works well independently

- Positive and friendly attitude

- Respectful and self- motivated, willing to learn

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Understanding of inventory

- Ability to use computers to track inventory, track storage records, and create labels (MS Excel, MS Outlook)

 

- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred

 


 

4. Site Operation Specialist - Garden City, GA (1 opening)

 

Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and oversee the delivery and unloading of equipment, machinery, and over-sized over-weight

(OOG) cargo at client sites.

- Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics operations.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns or issues

promptly.

- Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed.

- Address any logistical challenges or disruptions that arise during the transportation and unloading process.

- Implement contingency plans to mitigate potential delays or issues.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.

- Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance and any incidents that occur on-site.

- Ensure that all logistics operations adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for logistics personnel.

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in logistics management, particularly in on-site operations involving heavy equipment and OOG cargo.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in logistics.

- Experience working with international shipments and customs procedures.

- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.

 

- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
