1. Accounting / General Affairs Assistant

 

Location: LaGrange, GA

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and data entry 

• Assist with monthly and year-end closing reports 

• Support in preparing documentation for taxes and audits 

• Manage banking transactions, invoice processing, and vendor payments 

• Maintain accounting records and filing systems 

• General office administration and facility support 

• Coordinate company events, travel arrangements, and internal logistics 

• Communicate with HQ and external CPAs or consultants as needed 

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and company procedures 

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and time management skills

• Bilingual: English and Korean 

 


  

2. HR / General Affairs Assistant

 

Location: Duluth, GA

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.

• Assist with payroll & benefit preparation and leave management.

• Support performance review processes and training activities.

• Coordinate general office operations, including supplies management, equipment maintenance, and facility services.

• Organize company events, meetings, and activities.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR and General Affairs teams.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• minimum 3 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles.

• Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office administration.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Bilingual: English and Korean
