1. GA WMS PI Engineer
Location: Cartersville, GA | 1 Opening

2. Raw Materials Admin
Location: Cartersville, GA | 1 Opening
What You’ll Do

Schedule E: Monday ~ Friday Shift (8am ~ 5pm)
- Support the Raw Material Factory Part Operations Manager in daily operational planning and coordination.
- Manage WMS (Warehouse Management System) tasks related to raw materials, including but not limited to Good Issue (G/I), Good Receipt (G/R), Stock Transfer Orders (STO), returns, and put-away processes.
- Coordinate and manage shuttle scheduling between the factory and external warehouse locations.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Store and organize inventory in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor product movement.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and audits to ensure alignment with stock records. Adhere to all safety regulations and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff to support efficient and timely order fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

Support the Warehouse Finished Goods Manager with daily operational planning and coordination.

Manage WMS tasks related to finished goods, including but not limited to Good Issue (G/I), Good Receipt (G/R), Stock Transfer Orders (STO), returns, and put-away activities.

Oversee shuttle scheduling between the factory and external warehouse locations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key shipping and logistics providers.

- Schedule A: Mon ~ Thur & Day Shift (7am ~ 7pm)
- Schedule B: Thur ~ Sun & Day Shift (7am ~ 7pm)
- Schedule C: Mon ~ Thur & Night Shift (7pm ~ 7am)
- Schedule D: Thur ~ Sun & Night Shift (7pm ~ 7am)

Oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
-
Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Establish and maintain inventory management systems for accurate tracking and control of raw materials and finished goods stock levels.
-
Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
-
Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology and best practices.
-
Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy of stock records.
What You Bring:

Experience operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience is preferred.

Able to work under pressure in changing environments

5. Finished Goods Admin
Location: Cartersville, GA | 1 Opening
What You’ll Do
- Schedule B: Thur ~ Sun & Day Shift (7am ~ 7pm)
-
Manage receipt, storage, order picking, and shipment (STO/DO) of finished goods from QCELL production lines to external warehouses and customer warehouses.
-
Use inventory management systems (SAP, WMS) to track finished goods stock levels daily and ensure accurate inventory records by location and Lot ID.
-
Conduct daily audits of packing materials and storage spaces to meet outbound shipment requirements and maintain organized stock.
-
Inspect finished goods for quality compliance prior to shipment and manage repacking processes in collaboration with QCELL’s QC or Production teams when defects are identified.
-
Plan and report daily on outbound shipment schedules by destination, providing timely updates to customers and QCELL.
-
Train and oversee staff on the use of SAP and WMS systems related to warehouse operations.
-
Perform a monthly inventory count and report results, reconciling any discrepancies.
-
Manage equipment and tools needed for warehouse operations and ensure all items are properly maintained.
-
Handle re-entry of finished goods into inventory at customer request, updating the system and tracking these goods.
-
Supervise attendance and work schedules of onsite staff involved in inbound and outbound goods processing.
