1. Position: Accounting/Treasury Specialist (Entry to Mid-Level)

2. Employment Type: Full-Time

3. Responsibilities:

   - Manage overall treasury operations including collections, payments, and banking communications

   - Review and validate AP documents to ensure error-free and timely disbursements

   - Monitor AR status and follow up on outstanding receivables in coordination with related teams

   - Process high-volume fund transfers accurately and on time

   - Support and lead the implementation of future firm-banking systems

   - Prepare periodic treasury reports and proactively escalate critical issues as needed

4. Required Qualifications:

  - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, tax, economics, IT, or a related field

  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel

5. Preferred Skills and Experience

  - Experience working with SAP ERP systems

  - Practical experience in AR, AP, and treasury operations at a major corporation

  - Positive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and communicative personality

6. Location: Duluth, GA (onsite) no remote
