1. Ocean Import Specialist

Location: Duluth, GA | 1 Opening

What You’ll Do

  • Work with global agents to handle incoming shipments

  • Coordinate customs clearance and manage freight flow

  • Track deliveries and update customers in real-time

  • Handle key financial tasks (AP/AR, reporting, system entry)

  • Deliver outstanding service and resolve customer concerns

  • Take part in team projects and grow your logistics toolkit

2. Air Import Supervisor

Location: Duluth, GA | 1 Opening

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, organize, and process air shipments for import.
  • Coordinate with airlines and other vendors, including trucking companies to ensure smooth operation.
  • Generate invoices and them to customers.
  • Manage monthly A/P invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with the accounting team by due date.
  • Coordinate and arrange air import services for domestic and international goods.
  • Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and more) in processing shipments.
  • Expedite clearance and delivery to meet clients' requirements.
  • Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data.
  • Provide daily activity reports to management.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management.

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics field, with preferably 1 year in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Korean-English Bilingual preferred
  • Experience working in the Atlanta Market

3. Business Development Specialist

Locations: Duluth, GA | 1 Opening

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and issue client settlement statements and internal sales documentation.

  • Communicate with clients to confirm monthly settlement lists.

  • Coordinate with the internal accounting team to issue sales invoices.

  • Monitor and verify client payment status; collaborate with the finance team for payment tracking and reconciliation.

  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including document management, customer follow-up, and internal coordination.

We’re Looking For…

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a finance-related administrative role.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

  • Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) required to support communication with Korean-speaking clients.

Someone who has at least 1 year of logistics sales support experience
