1. Purchasing / General Affairs Administrator 

 

Location: Duluth, GA

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs), verify invoices, and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Maintain inventory records of office and facility-related supplies.
  • Coordinate deliveries and confirm order accuracy with vendors.
  • Assist with budget tracking for general affairs and purchasing costs.
  • Oversee general office management including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor contracts (e.g., cleaners, utilities, security).
  • Support facilities management (e.g., office seating plans, repairs, and maintenance requests).
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding logistics such as issuing access badges and ordering workstations.
  • Coordinate company vehicle maintenance schedules, if applicable.
  • Support scheduling and setup for company events, meetings, or visitor arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and equipment lists.
  • Assist with employee inquiries regarding general affairs matters.
  • Support ad hoc projects as directed by the general affairs or operations team.


Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, office administration, or general affairs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP or purchasing systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Bilingual ability (e.g., Korean/English) is a plus
