Job Title: Procurement Manager (Korean-English Bilingual Position) *Prior procurement experience required.
Location: Kokomo, IN / 100% On-site
Job Description
- Oversee supply chain operations: Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, warehousing, inventory control, transportation, and delivery to the clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients
- Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials while maintaining strong relationships.
- Implement process improvements: Identify bottlenecks and implement changes to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Manage budgets and resources: Control operational budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead and develop team members: Supervise, train, and motivate supply chain staff to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance: Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements within supply chain activities.
- Support the process and communication with related parties for the team members.
- Prepare internal and external reports as required.
- Process and maintain purchase orders to meet demand in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
- Establish effective working relationships with customers and vendors through continuous communications on pricing, RFQ status, PO status, order confirmations, and delivery.
- Review supplier quotes, issue client quotes, and determine contract prices.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers for goods or services that meet client’s requests.
- Follows up on orders placed, verifies delivery, and review supplier invoices within instructed and reasonable timeline.
- Communicate properly and professionally with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals.
- Provide customer service via email and phone support.
- Maintain accurate and complete procurement and supply chain data.
- Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
- Assist Finance and other relevant parties with reconciling purchase and invoice variances.
- Organize and schedule procurements in timely manner.
- Conduct market research for product and suggest alternative options to client with cost-saving, better lead time.
- Perform other job-related duties as needed.
- Find new opportunities for expanding business actively.

- Proficient in Microsoft office and QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Bilingual Preferred (English and Korean)
- Passionate, and active mind
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Salary
- Competitive Salary; Negotiable depends on the experience. Commensurate with experience
