Job Description
Position: Sales Lead Semiconductor
Work Schedule
Willingness to work as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on customer needs.
Work Location
Boise, Idaho travel may be required based on company or customer needs
Key Responsibilities
Semiconductor Deposition Equipment Sales at Boise region
Achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
Identify new business opportunity and strengthen relationships with customers in the Boise region.
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
Identify customer requirements and propose solutions (including technical sales).
Negotiate and close contracts.
Account Development & Customer Engagement:
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
Organize product presentations, demos, and technical discussions to support sales efforts.
Follow up on customer feedback and proactively manage expectations and satisfaction.
Sales Process Execution:
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and documentation.
Collaboration with Korea Headquarters:
Report to Korea HQ.
Maintain regular communication with Korea HQ to share market information and contribute to strategy development.
Collaborate closely with R&D, production, customer support, and other relevant departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
Bring positive attitude only to work do not show any negative attitudes especially when around the customer
Maintain professionalism and willingness to continue learning about the equipment
Be punctual for various given tasks and responsible for equipment in charge.
Responsible for equipment in charge.
Be able to demonstrate leadership skills when in charge.
RequiredQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in equipment or industrial sectors.
Deep understanding of the semiconductor equipment industry especially deposition equipment
Possess expert knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment technology.
Experience with semiconductor equipment sales CVD, ALD, PEALD, etc. preferred.
Excellent sales and customer management capabilities:
Essential experience in B2B sales, especially high-value equipment sales.
Ability to build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with customers.
Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
Understanding of site operations management and technical support:
Experience with equipment operation and maintenance at customer sites.
Ability to resolve technical issues and provide customer service.
Leadership and team management skills:
Ability to motivate and coach team members.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience related to semiconductor equipment sales
Experience with semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., etching, deposition).
Experience collaborating with HQ in different time zones and cultural backgrounds.

Fluent in English written and spoken with strong communication skills
