Warehouse Operations – Process Improvement
Location: Duluth, GA (On-site)
Duration: 1 Year (with possible extension)
(Bilingual – Korean)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Analyst focused on process improvement to support efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English, with a strong background in warehouse workflows, data analysis, and operational enhancements.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with experience identifying and implementing process enhancements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP or WMS experience a plus
- Fluent in Korean and English – Required
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
