AV/VTC project coordination and end-user technical support

Position Summary: 

AV Project Engineer who understands AV (Audio/Visual) and VTC (Video Teleconference) business.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Summary Breakdown by % of Time Spent on Job Duties/Responsibilities:

60%: Performs varied tasks of moderate complexity requiring the application of standard procedures and criteria. Responsible for installation and troubleshooting problems of AV/VTC system/network. Commission AV/VTC projects on/off site. Demonstrates experience managing vendor/carrier on planning AV/VTC projects, selecting AV equipment, and providing customer support.

40%: Takes responsibility of work order requests by clients and completes tasks with quality in mind, delivering results through quick action.
