Salary Range:$75,000 - $85,000 per year
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming cybersecurity support requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security equipment (e.g., firewall, VPN, endpoint protection, media/device control, email security gateways).
- Conduct routine system health checks and basic maintenance of security appliances.
- Support installation, configuration, and updates of security devices.
Qualifications:
- Native proficiency in Korean, strong English communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Hands-on experience in IT/OT security or OA operations is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
