■ 직무명 :
HR Specialist

■ 업무내용 :
1. HR Operations & Administration
• Assist in updating and maintaining the Employee Handbook and HR policies
• Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and travel management

2. Benefits Administration Support
• Support administration of employee benefits including medical, 401(k), and life/disability insurance
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR and benefits

3. HR Data & System Management
• Maintain and update employee and payroll data in SAP ERP and ADP Payroll systems
• Support HR system operations and data accuracy

4. Recruitment & Onboarding/Offboarding
• Support recruitment processes (job postings, interview coordination, documentation)
• Assist with onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees

5. General Affairs & Office Administration
• Manage corporate card usage and expense processing
• Support office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination
• Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment

6. Administrative Support
• Provide HR and administrative support to management and internal teams
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

■ 자격요건 :
– 학사 이상
– 1~3년 이내 유관 경력자 지원 가능
– SAP, ADP Payroll 등 ERP/payroll 시스템 경험자 우대
– 비자 스폰 없으며 Citizen 및 Green Card 소지자만 지원 가능

■ 연봉 : Min $50K/year ~

■ 베네핏 :
– Benefits may vary depending on the company’s benefits program
– 건강보험 : 100% 회사지원
– 401k는 3%까지 100%지원,
– 4, 5%는 50%지원 됩니다 (5% 넣을 경우 4% 매치)
