A1 Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Site Manager for industrial construction projects located at out-of-state job sites, including Virginia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, etc.
The Site Manager will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors and site activities, maintain project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This position also requires regular meetings with the cooperating company at the job site. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced industrial construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for industrial construction projects
- Coordinate a contractor, suppliers, and field personnel
- Monitor construction progress and support schedule execution
- Enforce safety procedures and company standards
- Address field issues and communicate updates to project leadership
- Maintain accurate site records and project-related documentation
- Attend and lead regular meetings with the cooperating company at the job site
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday work may be required as needed
Location
- Out-of-state project assignments (e.g., Virginia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, etc.)
Qualifications
- Experience in construction site management or field supervision preferred
- Experience in industrial projects preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required
- Fluent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel and work at remote project locations
- Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Compensation
Salary will be discussed during the interview process and determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and comparable industry standards.
