Job Title: Accounting Manager

Department: Finance & Accounting

Reports To: Vice President, Operations

Location: Evanston, IL (Onsite) 

Position Summary:

Seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager who owns the day-to-day accounting while helping optimize systems and processes needed to scale. This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves, working through ambiguity, and keeping the financial records maintained as the company quickly scales. You'll partner closely with leadership, improve continuing accounting operations, and help lay the financial foundation for the next stage of growth. 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting is required

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Comfortable operating with incomplete information and evolving priorities

Experience with accounting systems and ERPs (eg, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)

Advanced Excel skills
