주요 업무 (Responsibilities)
이 포지션은 슈퍼마켓 운영에 필요한 인보이스 입력, 원가 및 판매가 관리, 가격 정확성 유지, POS 시스템 데이터 관리를 담당하는 역할입니다.
담당 업무
- 벤더(거래처)로부터 들어오는 인보이스 확인 및 데이터 입력
- 상품별 원가(Cost) 및 판매가(Retail Price) 업데이트
- 매장 내 리테일 가격 변동 사항 수시 점검 및 수정
- POS 시스템 내 상품 정보, 가격, 바코드, 카테고리 등 데이터 관리
- 신규 상품 등록 및 기존 상품 정보 수정
- 인보이스와 실제 입고 상품, 가격 정보 간 오류 및 불일치 확인
- 프로모션/세일 가격 업데이트 및 적용 여부 확인
- 재고 및 가격 관련 내부 문서 정리 및 관리
- 매장 운영팀 및 매니저와 협업하여 정확한 가격 체계 유지
- 필요 시 기본적인 일반사무 , 어드민 업무 지원
지원 자격 (Qualifications)
필수 요건
- 데이터 입력 및 사무 업무에 대한 기본적인 이해와 정확성
- 숫자, 가격, 원가 계산 등에 꼼꼼하고 세심한 성향
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / 컴퓨터 기본 사용 가능자
- 영어로 된 인보이스 및 제품 정보를 읽고 입력할 수 있는 분
- 책임감 있고, 마감 기한을 잘 지키며, 반복 업무도 성실하게 수행할 수 있는 분
- 팀원 및 매니저와 원활하게 소통할 수 있는 분
우대 사항
- 슈퍼마켓 / 그로서리 / 리테일 / 도매업체 근무 경험자
- POS 시스템 사용 경험자
- 인보이스 처리, 가격 관리, 데이터 엔트리 관련 경험자
- 한국어/영어 가능자 우대
- 숫자 및 상품 데이터 정리에 강한 분

Position
Data Entry Coordinator
(Invoice / Pricing / Retail Operations Support)
Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting daily supermarket operations by ensuring that vendor invoices, product cost, retail pricing, and POS system data are entered and maintained accurately.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enter vendor invoices into the system accurately
- Update product costs and retail prices
- Monitor and maintain pricing accuracy across store items
- Manage product-related data in the POS system, including item descriptions, barcodes, categories, and pricing
- Create and update records for new and existing products
- Identify and correct pricing discrepancies, invoice issues, and data inconsistencies
- Support promotional pricing and ensure proper system updates
- Organize and maintain internal records related to invoices, pricing, and product data
- Work closely with store management to maintain accurate retail pricing structure
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and data entry
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and computer systems
- Ability to read and process invoices and product information in English
- Responsible, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
- Previous experience in supermarket, grocery, retail, or wholesale operations
- Experience using POS systems
- Prior experience in invoice processing, pricing updates, or data entry
- Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage product-related information
