 IT 인프라에 대한 현장 지원, 네트워크 및 시스템 서버 지원

주요 업무:

- 스위치,  라우터,  방화벽,  무선 AP를 포함한 네트워크 인프라에 대한 현장 지원 제공

- 서버(Windows/Linux) 및 관련 시스템 소프트웨어 설치, 구성, 유지보수

- 네트워크 및 서버 성능 모니터링, 문제를 신속히 식별하고 해결

- 정기적인 백업, 업데이트, 패치 관리 수행

- 보안 프로토콜 및 재해 복구 절차 구축 지원

- 내부 팀과 협업하여 IT 프로젝트 및 인프라 업그레이드 지원

- 시스템 구성, 네트워크 다이어그램, 지원 이력 문서화

자격 요건:

- 컴퓨터공학,  정보기술 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위 또는 이에 상응하는 실무 경험

- TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, 네트워크 보안에 대한 높은 이해

- Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, 가상화(VMware/Hyper-V) 경험

- 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 연결 문제 해결 능력

- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 문제 해결 능력

Job Title: On-Site Network & System Server Support

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network and System Server Support Specialist to provide on-site support for our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing network systems and servers to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site support for network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

- Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and related system software.

- Monitor network and server performance; identify and resolve issues promptly.

- Perform regular backups, updates, and patch management.

- Assist in implementing security protocols and disaster recovery procedures.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.

- Document system configurations, network diagrams, and support activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, and network security.

- Experience with Windows Server, Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Server+, MCSA) are a plus.
