사내 컴퓨터 시스템이 원활하고 안정적으로 운영되도록 지원하는 업무 담당.
주요 업무:
– 회사 PC 및 주변기기(프린터, 스캐너 등) 설치, 설정 및 유지보수
– Windows PC 셋업, 이미지 배포, 소프트웨어 설치
– 시스템 상태를 모니터링 및 기본적인 기술 문제 대응
– 임직원을 대상으로 1차 IT 지원 제공 (비밀번호 초기화, 네트워크 연결 지원 등)
– 하드웨어 점검, 자산/재고 관리, 장비 교체 수행
– IT 팀과 협업하여 시스템 운영 효율 개선
자격 요건
필수:
– PC 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어에 대한 기본 지식
– Windows OS 환경에서의 작업 능력
– 기본적인 네트워크(IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)에 대한 이해
– 문제 해결 능력 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
– 미국 내 합법적 근무 가능자
– 한국어 및 영어 가능자
우대:
– IT Support 또는 Helpdesk 관련 경력
– Active Directory 사용 경험
– 이미지 배포/설치 도구 사용 경험

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented PC Operator (PC OP) to support daily computer operations, monitor system performance, and provide basic IT assistance. This role ensures the smooth and stable operation of our internal computer systems.
Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and maintain company PCs and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.)
– Set up Windows PCs, deploy images, and install software
– Monitor systems and respond to basic technical issues
– Provide Level 1 IT support for employees (password resets, network connection support, etc.)
– Perform hardware checks, inventory tracking, and equipment replacement
– Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency
Qualifications
Required:
– Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software
– Ability to work with Windows OS environments
– Understanding of basic networking (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
– Must be authorized to work in the United States
– Korean and English
Preferred:
– Previous experience in IT Support or Helpdesk
– Experience with Active Directory
– Experience with imaging/deployment tools
