Position:
Freight Forwarding Operation Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Prepare air/ocean export documentation (MB/L instruction, MAWB, HB/L or HAWB, manifest, invoices, delivery orders, reports).
- Research competitive rates and pricing to optimize profitability.
- Track, trace, and update shipment statuses daily; follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, agents, and co-workers.
- Manage A/R, A/P billing and report Profit & Loss in a timely manner.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least one year of experience in domestic/international import/export operations preferred.
- Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes, challenges, and solutions.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and calculations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is preferred.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
