■ 채용분야 : Finance Associate

■ 직무내용 :
1. Financial Operations & Analysis
• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management presentations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Conduct detailed variance analysis on actual performance against budget/forecast and provide actionable insights
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance indicators to support strategic planning

2. Financial Data Analysis & Reporting
· Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
· Prepare ad hoc financial models, reports, and dashboards for management decision-making
· Collect, organize, and interpret large datasets to support strategic initiatives
· Develop and maintain Excel-based financial analysis tools and reporting templates

3. Accounting & Financial Operations Support
· Support month-end and year-end closing activities
· Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
· Coordinate invoice processing, expense reimbursement, and payment tracking
· Maintain financial documentation and ensure record accuracy

4. Compliance & Process Improvement
· Support internal and external audit requests
· Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls
· Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
· Assist in ERP/accounting system maintenance and process enhancements

■ 자격요건 :
– 재무, 회계, FP&A 또는 관련 분야 경력 0~2년 이내
– 재무/회계/경영학 등 관련 전공 학사 학위 이상
– MS Office 활용 능력 (특히 Excel)
– ERP/회계 시스템 사용 경험 우대
– CPA 또는 CFA 자격증 보유자 또는 취득 예정자 우대
