주요 업무

• PM, 현장팀 및 협력업체 간 일정 및 업무 조율
• 자재 발주 및 납기 일정 확인
• RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders 관리 지원
• Pay Application 준비 지원
• 프로젝트 진행 상황 내부 공유 및 보고
• Closeout 및 Punch List 문서 정리 지원

지원 자격

• 건설업 관련 경력 우대
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 사용 가능자
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 문서 정리 및 관리 능력
• 영어 가능자

근무 조건

• 근무지: Norcross, GA
• 급여: 경력에 따라 협의

GMC Blue Service, Inc. is seeking a Project Control Coordinator (PCC) to support project management operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules with PM, field teams, and subcontractors
• Track material orders and delivery schedules
• Support RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders
• Assist with Pay Applications
• Share project updates and reports
• Assist with closeout and punch list documentation

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• English proficiency required

Work Conditions

• Location: Norcross, GA
• Salary: Based on experience
