We are currently hiring Team Lead in Georgia. This is a great opportunity for candidates with logistics/warehouse experience who are looking for growth in operations management.

? Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)

? Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of full-time employees (staffing, training, performance management, and employee relations)
• Improve team productivity and performance through effective management strategies and regular feedback
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety regulations
• Lead operational meetings and ensure smooth workflow execution
• Manage employee schedules and time-off planning to minimize operational disruptions
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports
• Provide strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure facility security and maintain inventory accuracy
