Alfrex AI Team is Hiring!

 

Alfrex is hiring two specialists (Engineer & AI Experience Coordinator) to work on-site at our Buford, GA headquarters. You'll join our AX (Artificial Intelligence Experience) team — a new function within Operations focused on one mission: make AI-native operations the default at Alfrex.

 

Our Mission(s):

·       Increase capacity for growth through AI-driven workflow optimization

·       Move teams from reactive work to proactive, value-driving work

·       Reduce repetitive admin work through AI implementation, automation, and better systems

 

You'll be building an AI transformation function from the ground up at a real company with real workflows, real users, and real impact. You'll see your work change how 25+ people operate every day — not sit in a backlog.

Role Details

·       Openings: AI Automation Engieer & AI Experience Coordinator

·       Location: Buford, GA (on-site)

·       Type: Full-time

·       Compensation: $55K–$75K depending on experience, plus benefits and company perks

·       Team: AX — Artificial Intelligence Experience (part of Operations)

·       Experience Level: 1–5 years preferred

 

What You'll Do

·       Use AI tools to develop custom workflow solutions for internal teams

·       Build and deploy AI agents for various business functions

·       Map and document existing processes, surface pain points, and identify automation opportunities

·       Define baseline KPIs and measure the impact of changes

·       Build no-code and low-code automations using AI platforms and integration tools

·       Help structure data and systems to support AI-powered workflows

·       Contribute to the company's AI implementation roadmap and digital infrastructure strategy

 

Qualifications

Required

·       Comfortable picking up new AI tools, APIs, and no-code platforms

·       Clear, logical communicator who can break down processes and explain solutions to non-technical teams

·       Analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver

·       Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

·       (Good to have): Bilingual (Korean and English)

 

Relevant Degrees: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, AI/Machine Learning, Information Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, HCI/UX Design, Business Administration, or related field

 

Bonus Experience (not required): Process automation (RPA, Zapier, Make, Power Automate), AI/ML engineering, product management, enterprise software implementation, or DevOps/MLOps
