■ 직무명 : Sr. HR Director

■ 업무내용 :
The Sr. Director, HR will lead and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources function, serving as a strategic business partner to senior leadership. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives, ensuring compliance with employment laws, strengthening talent management practices, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

1) Strategic HR Leadership
– Develop, execute, and oversee HR strategy aligned with the organization’s business plan and long-term goals
– Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on human capital and organizational matters
– Partner with executive leadership on succession planning and organizational design
– Lead comprehensive recruiting and retention strategies to support business growth

2) HR Operations & Compliance
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures supporting business operations
– Oversee employment law compliance and risk mitigation efforts
– Partner with external legal counsel to ensure regulatory compliance
– Lead HR digitization initiatives, including HR systems implementation and process automation
– Optimize HR operational effectiveness through periodic review and analysis

3) Talent & Organizational Development
– Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and career progression frameworks
– Provide leadership and coaching to HR managers and staff
– Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
– Ensure performance management systems align with company objectives

4) Compensation, Benefits & Budget Management
– Develop and oversee competitive, cost-effective benefit programs
– Manage annual HR department budgets and monitor cost effectiveness
– Negotiate vendor contracts and manage external HR- related partnerships

5) Cross-Functional & Leadership Engagement
– Participate in committees and special projects to add organizational value
– Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters
– Promote a culture of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

■ 자격요건 :
– 인사, 경영학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 이상
– HR 리더십 경력 10년 이상
– 노동법 및 규정에 대한 높은 이해도
– 뛰어난 비즈니스 감각 및 전략적 사고 능력
– 팀 리/딩 및 동기부여 경험
– HR 시스템 도입 및 디지털 전환 경험
– 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 갈등 해결 능력
– 높은 윤리의식 및 기밀 정보 관리 능력
– 미국 취업에 결격 사유 없는 분(Green Card, Citizen) / 비자 스폰 없음
