저희는 가철성 보철(Removable Prosthodontics)을 전문으로 하는 부티크 스타일의 보철 전문 치과이며, 따뜻한 마음과 책임감을 가진 치과 어시스턴트를 모집하고 있습니다.

저희는 일반적인 대량 진료 중심의 치과가 아닙니다.
각 환자 한 분 한 분을 세심하게 진료하며, 과도하게 예약을 잡지 않고 충분한 시간을 통해 높은 수준의 맞춤 진료를 제공합니다. 편안하고 가족 같은 분위기 속에서 환자 중심의 진료를 중요하게 생각합니다.

특히 저희 치과의 가장 큰 특징은 모든 보철물이 원내 기공 과정을 통해 맞춤 제작된다는 점입니다. 따라서 어시스턴트는 단순히 석션이나 기구 전달만 하는 역할이 아니라, 환자의 새로운 미소를 만들어가는 과정에 적극적으로 참여하게 됩니다. 임상뿐 아니라 치과 기공 및 보철 제작 과정에도 관심이 있는 분께 매우 좋은 기회가 될 것입니다.

주요 업무

• 진료 시 원장 진료 보조
• 인상 채득 및 보철 관련 기록 보조
• 원내 기공사와 협업하여 보철 제작 과정 참여
• 진료실 준비 및 기구 관리
• 환자 응대 및 치료 과정 안내
• 환자에게 편안하고 따뜻한 진료 경험 제공
• 차트 기록 및 원활한 팀 커뮤니케이션

Dental Assistant – Prosthodontic Practice (Removable Prosthodontics)

Buford, GA- Monday-Thursday 8AM to 5PM

We are a boutique prosthodontic practice specializing in removable prosthodontics and smile restoration, and we are looking for a dedicated, warm, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.

This is not a typical high-volume dental office. We pride ourselves on providing highly personalized care in a calm, family-like environment where every patient is treated with attention, compassion, and respect. Our schedules are intentionally not overbooked so we can focus on quality care and exceptional outcomes.

What makes our practice unique is that every smile is custom-crafted in-house alongside our laboratory technician. Our assistants are actively involved in the smile creation process and play a much more hands-on role than simply suctioning and passing instruments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the clinical and artistic aspects of dentistry and wants to grow within the specialty of prosthodontics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during prosthodontic procedures
• Take impressions, records, and assist with removable prosthetic workflows
• Work closely with our in-house laboratory technician
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical organization
• Educate and support patients throughout treatment
• Help create a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communication

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
• Punctual and dependable
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Interest in prosthodontics and the laboratory/artistic aspect of dentistry
• Good hand skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of dental terminology and general dentistry
• Reliable transportation
• Dental assisting experience preferred
