MCM products for the architectural and retail industry.

We're seeking a qualified individual who is compassionate, able to handle multiple tasks and ready to collaborate with leadership. The
right person will be experienced and will come to work with a positive attitude every day.

Job Description
i) Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:
• ERP management of daily production performance, Inventory, Statement
• Purchasing of consumables (subsidiary materials)
• Production schedule management (production progress status)
• Quarterly performance management
• Product label management
• Production budget management
• Various document management
• General production work and other duties as assigned
ii) Success will depend on the following REQUIRED qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Skills and Background: Strong capability in Microsoft Office to include Power Point, Excel and Word; Access skills preferred;
able to develop ad slicks, reports, and training materials; experience administering Facebook Updates and using other social
media resources. Basic knowledge of office machines.
• Strong interpersonal (verbal / written) communication skills. Ability to communicate with various levels of management
• Language Requirements: Strong proficiency and sophistication in the use of English and Korean in both written and verbal
formats.
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry
iii) Working conditions
• Work days : Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (Lunch hour 12:00pm-1:00pm)
• Salary
- Negotiable/Based on experience
- During 90 days probation period pays 70% of the salary
