MCM products for the architectural and retail industry.

Job Description
i) Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:
• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials and outgoing products
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications
• Test a certain percentage of all products based on standards
• Translate messages simultaneously or consecutively from English to Korean
• General work and other duties as assigned
- Office work, such as input to the ERP system etc.
- Quality Inspection Equipment management
- Quality System Certification management
- Using machines : UTM, Moisture Analyzer, Laser Thickness Msmt, Spectrophotometer etc.
• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
• Must maintain a clean & safe working environment following OSHA standards
ii) Success will depend on the following REQUIRED qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Skills and Background: Strong capability in Microsoft Office to include Power Point, Excel and Word; Access skills preferred;
able to develop ad slicks, reports, and training materials; experience administering Facebook Updates and using other social
media resources. Basic knowledge of office machines.
• Strong interpersonal (verbal / written) communication skills. Ability to communicate with various levels of management
• Language Requirements: Strong proficiency and sophistication in the use of English and Korean in both written and verbal
formats.
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry
iii) Working conditions
• Work days : Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (Lunch hour 12:00pm-1:00pm)
• Salary : Negotiable/Based on experience
- During 90 days probation period pays 70% of the salary
